D - Born in Regina, SK. 1962
Baby Steps:
It all started during my adolescent years playing Top 40
covers in basements and garages at home and with friends.
By 1981 I found myself in the club band "Simon Kaos",
touring Western Canada 50 weeks a year. We managed to conquer
the club scene and began writing and recording our material.
Leaps and Bounds:
In late 1987 I joined the Canadian rock group "Prism".
I made my debut with them on the Capital Records release,
"Over 60 Minutes with Prism” singing the song
"Good To Be Back" co-written by Bryan Adams, Jim
Vallance and Al Harlow. In 1993 we finally got around to
recording a new disc which was released independently in
Canada and Europe, titled "Jericho".
Overseas:
In addition to continually being involved in my own projects
I have written for and performed on many projects, albums
and jingles for other artists. I've recorded several albums
for Escape Music
which were released in Europe and Japan. In 2001, I sang
two tracks on a Foreigner tribute album which featured singers
and musicians from Escape Music.
