Biography of Darcy D

Comes from a musical family. Father played guitar and keyboards. The whole family sings.

Took a keen interest in guitar at an early age. By 19 years old discovered voice as an instrument and started singing professionally

Toured Western Canada Club Scene with the group “Simon Kaos” 1981-1987

Enjoyed gold record success with Juno award winning North American concert draw, “Prism” 1987-2004

Composed and performed on several CD’s released in Europe, UK and Japan through Escape Music, England 1995-2001

Completed a contemporary jazz standards album titled, “A Little Sumpin, Sumpin” 2002

Currently studying & teaching the Speech Level Singing Method
